damage i could see either one getting the point but for quinn it depends on the items alot more than darius as she can build onhit crit lethality it depends on whats best but aint no way you say darius is more versatile than quinn when she is known for being super versatile as said before you can build onhit, crit, lethality, a mix of lethality and crit whatever you need and for runes you legit can take everything PTA electrocute phase rush HOB fleetfoot work comet aftershock glacial augment all of these are viable and dont forget about lanes she legit can go whatever you need you can go top as normal or mid jungle adc and even support if you build tanky there is no way darius can compete in the versatility category when he only goes top and builds trinity or stridebreaker and then just bruiser with conq every match
